1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older and a UK resident to participate in our raffles. A valid account with us is required to enter and obtain a ticket.
2. Entry Limit: You may enter up to 1 times in this competition.
3. Ticket Numbers: After purchasing tickets, you will receive an automated email with randomly assigned ticket numbers.
4. Total Tickets: The total number of tickets available for this draw is 50.
5. Competition Duration: This competition runs from 17th December 2023 to 17th January 2024 and may be extended at our discretion without prior notice.
6. Prize Dispatch: Prizes will be dispatched within 3-5 days from the competition’s end date. We aim to ensure your prize arrives within 10 days.
7. Fulfilment Responsibility: RH Raffles Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in prize fulfilment, loss of the prize once passed to the courier, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Entry Options: You can enter the competition directly through our website or via free entry by sending a postcard to RH Raffles Ltd with a note containing your account ID from our website. Postal entries will be void without a valid account, so ensure you sign up before sending your entry.
9. Winner Selection: Regardless of the number of tickets sold, winners will be chosen. If all tickets sell before the end date, the draw may be brought forward without prior notice.
10. Winner Notification: We will use a random generator to select the winning number, and we will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner on the same day through the contact details on file in their account. Please ensure your account details are correct before entering.
11. Prize Claim Period: All entrants have 30 days to claim their prize. If the prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, we reserve the right to select another winner and invalidate the initial entry.
12. Sponsorship Disclosure: This competition is solely sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RH Raffles Ltd. It is not affiliated with any other company.
13. Rule Amendments: We reserve the right to change these rules at any time without prior notice.
14. Technical Issues: We accept no responsibility for problems or technical issues that may occur when using our website, paying for raffles, or using any of our systems or services.
15. Entry Withdrawal and Raffle Cancellation: We reserve the right to withdraw any entry without prior notice if deemed necessary. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund your entry cost if applicable.
16. Cancellation Disclaimer: By entering, you agree that we do not need to provide any specific reason for the cancellation of the raffle or individual tickets.
